On the right side of the calendar, you'll notice an agenda view/details section.
There are filters at the top of this section that allow you to view an itinerary of upcoming events, assignments and credentials for different date ranges.
To view the itinerary by week, month, or year, simply select the your desired range.
Important: The agenda view will display events, assignments and credentials based on the current selected date.
For example, if you have day selected, it will display all events, assignments, credentials for the day you have selected currently.
If you have week selected, the agenda view will run off of the week that is selected, not necessarily the current week. For example, if today is the 29th, but you have the 5th of the month selected in the calendar, the week view will display all events, assignments, and credentials that are scheduled the week of the 5th.
The same goes if you have month selected. The agenda view will display all events, assignments and credentials that are scheduled on the month you are viewing.
The year view of the agenda will also run off of the year that you are currently viewing in the calendar. For example, if you navigate back to a previous year, and select the Year view of the agenda, you'll get all events, assignments and credentials for the previous year.
To view details of any event, assignment, or credential simply find it in the agenda view, and click the event/assignment/credential card in the agenda view. Once you do so, you'll be able to see details on the item that you selected.
For example, if you click an event, you can see the event date, time and duration, along with the description of the event, who it was created by, and even enrollment and attendance information.
Clicking an assignment will give you give you due date, and who made the assignment. You can also hop directly to the assignment by clicking "View Assignment".
If you click a credential, you'll see the credential details, including status, number, start date, expiration date, and days left until expiration.
