As a TargetSolutions admin, you have the ability to set up email and platform notifications when there are activities that are pending validation.
To do so, access the Account tab.
From there, scroll down to the Pending Validation Email section.
To configure, click the settings gear.
First, set up who you'd like the notifications to go to: Admins, supervisors, or a custom list.
Admins will get emails for all activities that are pending validation, while supervisors (with access to validate completions) will only get emails for users that are in groups that they oversee.
If you select custom, you can choose from a list of admins, and supervisors with access to validate completions. Note: Any supervisors who do not have access to validate completions will not appear here.
Once you have the supervisors/admins selected, choose the frequency in which the notifications are sent.
Select daily if you would like emails and platform notifications to be sent every night when there is an activity that is pending validation.
Select weekly if you would like emails and platform notifications to be sent every Monday night.
Reminder: emails and platform notifications will only be sent if there are activities pending validation for users under the purview of those that are set up to receive the emails.
Once you've made your selection, click save.
