If you are having issues viewing certain slides of a course, it is recommended that you launch the course in Google Chrome and adjust your Chrome settings to enable Flash, pop-ups and JavaScript. To troubleshoot this error, complete the following steps:
1. Launch the desired course in Chrome.
2. Locate the URL bar at the top of the page. Then, click on the padlock icon to the left of the URL bar.
3. Click on Site settings.
4. A page will pop up with a list of several setting options. Locate JavaScript, Flash and Pop-ups and redirects within the list and change each of their corresponding drop down to Allow.
5. You may close the Site settings and relaunch your course.
