If you have a credential that you need to update the information for or upload an attachment you will want to follow the steps provided below.
Here's how to:
1. Access the credential you are looking to update by clicking My Credentials.
2. From within My Credentials choose the credential by clicking on the specific credential name.
3. This will take you to the credential page. From here you will select the gear icon in the top right hand corner which will open up your edit window.
4. Input the new information and/or add attachments, hit Submit to submit changes.
Note: If the edit credential settings page is grayed out (as seen below), it means your administrator has disabled you from editing your credential information. You will have to contact an administrator within your organization to have the information updated.
