If you have a credential that you need to update the information for (ex, dates or license number) you can do so by following the directions below:
- Access the credential you are looking to update by clicking “My Credentials” and then clicking on the specific credential
- This will take you to the credential page. From here you will select the gear icon in the top right hand corner which will open up your edit window.
- Input the new information and hit Submit
* If the edit credential settings page is grayed out, it means your administrator has disabled you from editing your credential information. You will have to contact an administrator within your organization to have the information updated.
