Why aren’t my Supervisors receiving Credential Alert emails for their Users?

There are two steps that need to be taken in order for Supervisors to receive Credential Alert notifications.

  • In Manage Credentials, the "Supervisor(s)" box must be checked under the "Who should receive the alert" section of the credential.

  • In Manage Users, open the Access tab for your Supervisor. Under Functional Access, scroll down to check the box for "Manage User Credentials" under the Users section.
