Why did my credential not auto renew?

Exceptions to Auto Renew:

There must be Required Training under Topics. The Hours or Units Required must be greater than 0.

The credential requirements must be 100% Complete. If they are completed after the Expiration Date, it will not renew.

If the Auto Renew option is turned on after an enrolled user has already passed their expiration date the credential won't be renewed.

If a user's expiration date has passed, and then training is logged in Record Completions for a completion date within the valid range, the credential will still not renew.
