Create a Custom Numeric Check Step
When adding a Numeric Check Step, these standard options appear in the dropdown list: Engine Hours, Mileage, PSI, Pump Hours.
Place the cursor where it says Select Numeric.
Type the title of the Custom Numeric Check Step you would like to create. As you start to type, previously created Numeric Check Steps will appear in the dropdown list, to help prevent duplication.
When you are done typing
- Click once on the blue line below, prompting you to Create option "______".
- Then Save your Numeric Selection.
Create an Equipment Tag
This is an additional way to organize your assets. You can create Tags, then filter and search your Equipment List by those tags.
Navigate to the Equipment Pool, select the Equipment Item, and click the Edit button.
Place the cursor where it says Select Tags...
Type the Tag you would like to create. As you start to type, previously created Tags will appear in the dropdown list, to help prevent duplication.
When you are done typing
- Click once on the blue line below, prompting you to Create new Tag: "______".
- Create as many Tags as you need for each Equipment Item, then search for specific Equipment Items by using the Tag Filter on the main Equipment Page.
Create an Inventory Category
The three Inventory Types are Tools, Medical Supplies, and Drugs. You can create additional Categories within these to further organize your inventory list and inventory reports.
Navigate to the Inventory Type page, and click the button to create a new Item.
In the Category section, place the curser where it says Select or Create Category...
Type the Category you would like to create. As you start to type, previously created Categories will appear in the dropdown list, to help prevent duplication.
When you are done typing
- Click once on the blue line below, prompting you to Create option "______".
- Then Save your Inventory Item.
