Inventory Withdrawals

The idea of inventory withdrawals is to give your users the ability to "withdraw" inventory items that are tools, medical supplies or drugs (that are not controlled substances) from your apparatuses or store rooms.

• Note: This is currently available on the desktop only. Mobile functionality is coming soon. 

How to get started: 

Permissions: 

Ensure the user permission sets are configured with the ‘Inventory Withdrawal’ permission. 

Withdrawing from an apparatus’ inventory:

1. Head to the Apparatus tab of Check It on your desktop. At the bottom of the page, select ‘Withdraw’.

2. Then, choose the item you want to withdraw from the pop-up modal. Keep in mind that items may exist in more than one compartment, so be sure you’re selecting the item from the correct compartment, then click ‘Next’.

3. Use the + and - buttons to identify how many of those items you are withdrawing and include any pertinent information in the notes section. Then, click ‘Complete Withdrawal’. 

Withdrawing from a Store Room

1. Navigate to the Store Rooms tab of Check It on your desktop then click into the Store Room you are withdrawing inventory from. 

2. Select the ‘Withdraw’ button at the bottom of your Store Room screen, select the item you wish to withdraw from the Store Room, then click ‘Next’. 

3. Use the + and - buttons to identify how many of those items you are withdrawing and include any pertinent information in the notes section. Then, click ‘Complete Withdrawal’.
