We are excited to announce that we now support custom credentials in our enterprise solution!
This new feature will provide the tools to standardize and track training requirements for state fire organizations, allow departments within regional consortiums to create resources for member departments, as well as help cities and other public agencies to manage compliance.
The credentials created by the enterprise administrators can be shared down to child sites attached to the enterprise. Enterprise administrators choose how much control the child site administrators have over elements within the credential.
Enterprise administrators are able to set defaults for View and Edit, Grace Period and Auto Renewal settings, however child sites are able to edit these settings to suit the needs of their own organization.
