As part of the EV+ integration with your TargetSolutions platform, almost all User Management will take place in TargetSolutions. Any name changes, profile group changes, etc. to existing users will be automatically updated in EV+ and any new users added within TargetSolutions will be automatically added to EV+.
There are 2 exceptions. One is setting evaluator permissions, which will happen in the Permissions feature in EV+ (more on that here) and the other is creating System Administrations.
System Administrators have access to all administrator functions, including form building, tag management and account preferences. Sys Admins also have access to a feature called Data Explorer. This feature is a view into every evaluation action done within your EV+ instance. It's important to note that any permission or privacy setting applied to an evaluation permission DOES NOT APPLY to Sys Admins. They have the ultimate power to view any data entered within their platform.
Additionally, making a user a Sys Admin does not automatically give them evaluator rights; you can still set those up separately in the Permissions feature.
To create a System Administrator:
- From the left navigation menu of the Administrator Page, click Users
- Find the user you wish to upgrade and click Edit next to their name
- Change Account Type to System Administrator
- Click the green Save button
