Here are some things to try if the audio isn't working for a course:
- Some courses have an audio adjustment feature typically found in the lower-right corner of the video frame. It can be used to raise, lower, or mute the audio volume.
- Check the speaker/audio device volume level on your device/computer.
- Check what output device your system sound is being directed to. For example, is there a headset or other sound device attached (via cord or Bluetooth).
- Sometimes the internal sound driver on a system will stop working. Try restarting your device/computer and entering the course again.
