Platform managers can view events in the calendar with as much granularity as they want. The event filters available to the user depend on their permissions in manage users > access > in sections Events and Events Created By Others.
It is important to note that any changes made to the events, assignments or credential filters will be saved on the full page calendar, and the mini calendar, and will remain that way until it is changed again. All changes are auto-saved.
Events: Administrators + Supervisors with Access to "Events" and "Events Created By Others"
If you have "Visible to Me" selected, your calendar (and mini calendar) will only display events that were created as open enrollment, or closed enrollment but set to be shown on calendar for all users, or events that you're enrolled in.
If you have "I'm Enrolled In" selected, your calendar (and mini calendar) will only display events that you're enrolled in.
If you have "I've Created" selected, your calendar (and mini calendar) will only display events that you've created.
And lastly, if you have all events selected, you'll see all events that have been created in your TargetSolutions site.
Events: Supervisors with access to "Events" but not "Events Created By Others"
Supervisors without access to "Events Created By Others" will not have the option to view all events. However, they will still be able to filter by "Visible to me," "I'm Enrolled in," and "I've Created". See section above for definitions of those filters.
Events: Supervisors with access to "Events Created by Others" but not "Events"
Supervisors without access to "Events", but have access to "Events Created By others" will not have the option to view "I've Created", but they'll still be able to filter by "Visible to me," "I'm Enrolled In," and "All Events".
Events: Users without access to "Events" or "Events Created By Others"
End users will have the option to view events "Visible to Me," and "I'm Enrolled In". Now, end users will be able to view and enroll in open enrollment events directly from the calendar, as long as they filter by "Visible to me".
