There are multiple ways to send a message from a credential. You can message a specific user, or you can some or all users within a credential.
To message a specific user in a credential, simply click the message icon on the right hand side, under the Actions column.
The specific user will automatically be selected for you, and you’ll be taken directly to the Create Message step.
Once you click continue, you’re taken to the final step, where you review the message. If you’d like to change it, simply click the Edit Message button. You can view the user your sending the message to by clicking the View User button. If you’d like to add users to the message, click the Edit User button.
Lastly, click send message. The message will be sent and you’ll be returned to the user list inside of the credential.

You also have the ability to send out a mass message to some or all users that are enrolled in a credential. To do so, navigate to the users in the credential, then click the “Actions” dropdown button in the top right.
Then click “Message Users”
The users active in the credential will automatically be selected, and you’ll land on the Create Message step of the send message flow. Type your message, decide if you want to send it as an email in addition to a platform notification, then click continue.
From the third step, you can review and edit your message, along with the users you’re sending the message to. Then, click the Send Message button.
Remember, when you send a message from a credential, the message will include a link directly to the credential automatically.
