To enroll a user in the Driver Program, simply follow these steps:
1. From the Administration menu, click Assignments > Create New Assignments
2. Select "Driver Assessment" from your list of courses and activities. Note: DO NOT add any of the courses that begin with "Driver Program". Those will automatically be assigned out as part of the program.
3. Select the users that you want to enroll in the year-long Driver Program
4. Select your email settings and a start date/due date for the assessment. Note: this is not a due date for the year long program, just the initial assessment which kicks off the program.
5. The users you assign the Driver Assessment to will see it on their schedule.
Once the user completes the driver assessment, they will automatically be assigned their first of 12 courses. A new course will be assigned once every 30 days for 12 months.
There is no need to manually assign any of the Driver Program courses, they will all automatically be assigned once the Driver Assessment is completed.
