We are excited to announce our brand new Events - Enrollment report! With this report, platform managers can pull all event details including the enrollment type, event creator and more. Additionally, this report will show you all users enrolled in events, plus their enrollment status.
There are several intended uses for this report. For example:
- Running the report on a subset of users while leaving the event filter empty will give you a list of all of the events in which those users are enrolled.
- If you are tracking enrollment of a specific group of events, use the event filter to select those events and view enrollment all from one report rather than opening each event one by one in Manage Events.
- To see a list of all users denied enrollment to any event, as well as who was doing the denying, set the Enrollment Status filter to Not Enrolled - Denied and be sure to include the Approved/Denied By column.
Details for supervisor access: Supervisors can only report on events they have created unless they have been given rights to manage the enrollment of events created by others. In that case, they will see those events in their report as well. To put it more simply, if a supervisor can see the Manage Enrollment tab in an event in Manage Events, that event will be available to be reported on.
Also note that, like with all other reports, supervisors will only be able to view enrollments for users they oversee.
