From the Mobile App:
Users will be unable to access the TargetSolutions Check It mobile application until they access Check It from their desktop. All users must log into TargetSolutions from their desktop or laptop browser and click on TargetSolutions Check It from their home screen. Once their account is open on the desktop, they’ll be able to log into and utilize the mobile app moving forward.
From the Desktop:
As a site Administrator you have the ability to assign specific permission roles to your Users within the TargetSolutions Check It™ system. However, when your Users access the TargetSolutions Check It™ for the first time they may encounter a login error like the one shown below. This can be resolved within your TargetSolutions Check It™ by changing a few simple permission settings, please see our step by step fix below.
Here's how to:
1. Access the TargetSolutions Check It™ from within your Administration tab.
2. Using the drop down for Users select Permissions.
3. Initial User Permission Role: (example: Firefighter)
- If your initial Users permission role already exists verify that the below is properly set within the permission role. To find out how to alter the role further click here.
- Perform Apparatus Check is checked
- Mange Apparatus is unchecked
- Manage Department is unchecked
- Manage Users is unchecked
- If the initial Users permission role does not exist you will want to create a new permission role by following the steps here and verifying that the below is properly set within the permission role.
- Perform Apparatus Check is checked
- Mange Apparatus is unchecked
- Manage Department is unchecked
- Manage Users is unchecked
