TargetSolutions has released a new Help Support Widget located on the right side of the platform, as seen below.
This widget allows users within the Platform to have a better self-service option. Users may now search the entire help center without having to leave the platform page they are on. When clicking on the widget shown above, a Help bar will pop up at the bottom right corner of your screen.
You may then click the search bar and enter any keyword or phrase to find the desired article. Once you locate the article that fits best, click on the blue hyperlink with the name of the article. The help article will then be displayed as shown below.
