Through TargetSolutions Check It™, an administrator may want to track when and who has moved a ticket from one workflow state to another. In order to do this, you can access the audit history by following the steps outlined below.
First, find the ticket that you wish to track. Then, click the Details button located at the bottom of the ticket.
Next, click on the Actions button in the upper right corner of the ticket's detail page and click on Export as PDF.
Click on the downloaded PDF. There will be a section at the bottom labeled Audit Change Log, which will include details such as the date, time and person that moved the ticket to another workflow state. A sample PDF is shown below.
