As an organization you have the ability to share your custom credentials and activities with other organizations. To do this you will need to reach out to your Account Manager via email so that they can complete the request.
Please make sure to include the following in your request:
- Name of the custom activity or credential you wish to share
- Name of the organization you wish to share your custom activity or credential with
- Name of the Administrator within the receiving organization.
- If the custom activities or credentials contain documents within the file center please provide additional approval for a copy of your document to be transferred.
Please note that these requests can take 1-2 weeks to complete.
