On occasion you may receive an overdue assignment email after you have completed an assignment. This can occur for several reasons:
- Your site administrator has set up the notification to be sent when the due date has passed.
- The assignment is still Pending Validation within the My History section of your account. Assignments Pending Validation must be reviewed and approved by your site Administrator, in this case it is best to reach out to your Administrator so that they can validate your completion.
- The assignment did not successfully mark as complete and is still pending on your Home Page under the Schedule section. To find out why the assignment did not mark as complete please click here.
