TargetSolutions has released the following enhancement:
- Mass credential access for supervisors!
With the latest update, you'll have even more flexibility with user permissions. Now, you'll have the ability to give any user access to the "Manage Credentials" feature. This feature is ideal if you'd like to allow supervisors the ability to create and edit credentials, or decide which users are enrolled in them, or both.
To give a user "Manage Credentials" access, click the "Manage Users" tab, then click the "Find Users" button in the "Manage Users" box.
Once you've selected the user you'd like to configure, click their "Access" tab.
Then scroll down to the "Credentials" section.
If you check only "Manage Credentials (without users)", the user will have the ability to create new credentials, new categories, and edit existing credentials. When the user clicks to edit a credential, they will see a view like this:
If you check only "Manage Users Within Credentials", the user will only have access to edit the users that are enrolled in each credential. They will not be able to view, edit, or create any credentials. When a user clicks to edit the users enrolled in a credential, they will see a view like this.
If you check both "Manage Credentials (without users)", and "Manage Users Within Credentials", the user will be able to create new credentials and categories, edit existing credentials, and assign and remove users from credentials. When a user clicks to edit a credential, or the users enrolled in the credential, they will see a view like this:
