In some cases, you may find a User is associated with multiple organizations within TargetSolutions. When this occurs you can request a the User be given a Toggle, which provides them with one login for multiple accounts.
To complete a Toggle request you must first add the User to your organization, via the Manage Users section of your Administration tab.
When you receive an error that the email is already in use, please proceed in creating the account with a fictitious email (For Example: noname@yourorganization.com). This will allow the account to be created and be available for the Toggle request.
Note: Once the accounts are Toggled the validated email will replace the fictitious email address or username.
After the new account has been successfully created please email our support team by clicking Here to submit the request to Toggle. Please include in the request the users full name, email address(s) and associated organizations if available. If the user has multiple validated email addresses, you will also need to verify in your request, which email the user will keep as their main login.
Once the Toggle request has been completed you can expect your User to see some changes within their account.
- At login they will be prompted to choose which account they wish to access.
- Once they are within the account they have the option to Toggle between each account they have been toggled to, via the new drop down associated under the organization name.
