If one of your users moved over to a new organization and that organization also has an account within TargetSolutions, you may want to transfer their accounts.
Please see the steps below on how to complete this process:
- Obtain an email approval from the original organization's Administrator to transfer the User.
- Please note: Once a Users records are transferred, the originating organization will no longer have access to the Users history. We highly recommend running a completions report on the user you are requesting prior to them being transferred, as some of the records will not transfer over.
- Once the approval is obtained the requesting organizations Administrators will need to forward the approval to support@targetsolutions.com.
- Once the request has been received the related Users history and account will be transferred and you will receive an email that the request is complete.
If the transfer request is not approved by the organization, we can assist with toggling the accounts, which will allow the User to have one main login and toggle between both active accounts.
