If you are having trouble with a file upload, you can’t click save, nothing loads when you launch a course, or any other inconvenience, please give these steps a try.
If that is not an option and you must use Internet Explorer, your first step is to check and change your browser if you are using Internet Explorer 11. (If you are using a Microsoft Surface Pro 2, use these instructions)
If you open Internet Explorer Developer tools and see a different screen than the one in the example above, then you are not using IE 11. Your next step is to make sure you are not viewing the page in compatibility view.
If you are not using IE11 and your compatibility view is not on, your last step is to Clear Internet Cache and History. Often, just refreshing your browser will resolve these issues.
