You can edit User Type by going within Manage Users and then selecting Find Users.
On the account page, you will see there is no Edit button next to User Status. Here are the steps to make the appropriate changes.
Changing a User to a Supervisor:
From the Account page for your user, click Access. Then, check the boxes to determine their Functional Access and Groups User Oversees. Click Here for help on this step. When you are finished, click Save at the bottom.
Note: Only administrators will have this Access tab, a Supervisor cannot create another Supervisor.
Back on the Account page, you will see the Status now says Supervisor.
Changing a Supervisor to a User:
From the Account page for your user, click Access. Remove all check boxes under Functional Access and Groups User Oversees. Then click Save.
Back on the Account page, you will see the Status now says User.
Changing a User (or Supervisor) to/from an Administrator:
Your Account Manager will need to be contacted and provided with written or electronic-mail consent to this change. Your Account Manager's contact information is available on the Account tab of your TargetSolutions Homepage.
