Tags are a powerful tool in organizing your site, and also in generating accurate and specific reports. Tags on Courses, Activities, Credentials and Events will function the same way, however there are different processes to add tags to each.
Tagging a Course:
Under Administration, select Course Library. Find the course you need to tag and check the box next to it (you can tag multiple at one time).
Scroll down through Course Settings at the bottom of the page and under Course Settings, and click the Gear icon at the top of the Tags section.
Select your tag, and click Save.
Tagging an Activity:
Under Administration, select Activities Builder. Find the activity you need to tag, and open the activity.
Click Edit Activity Settings on the top right of the Activity page.
Select your tag, and click Save.
Tagging a Credential:
Under Administration, select Manage Credentials, then either select "New Credential" to create a new one, or select an existing credential you would like to tag.
From the New Credential or Credential Options page (Note: if you're editing an existing credential, you get to the credential options page by clicking the gear icon in the credential options section of the credential), scroll to the Tags section.
Select your tag, then click save.
Tagging an Event:
Under Administration, select Manage Events. From there, click Create New Event, or select an existing event that you want to tag.
From inside the event, scroll to the Tags section.
Select your tag, then click save.
