When you Pin a credential, it will remain on your users' Schedule.' However, if the requirements of the credential(s) are met, the credential(s) will fall off the schedule. As a default, credentials are not pinned. To pin your credential, follow the steps below:
Under Administration, select Manage Credentials. Open your desired credential.
Click the gear icon to open Credential Options.
Under Options, there is a check box to Pin to Schedule. The Schedule box must be checked as well. Then, click Save at the bottom. This credential is now pinned to the schedule of every enrolled user.
