The Bulletin Board is located on every administrator and users’ home page. Administrators have the ability to update the Bulletin Board as often as they would like.
Here’s how it works:
On the Home page, select the Gear Icon in the right corner of the Bulletin Board application.
The Edit Bulletin Board box will appear. Type a message to your users below, and click Submit when you are finished.
Your Bulletin Board is now updated. All users will see this message on their Home screen.
