Administrators can determine who in their organization should receive e-mail communication from TargetSolutions. These settings determine e-mail delivery regarding course evaluations, safety questions and suggestion replies, and the monthly e-mail alerts. Administrators can easily control who receives these e-mails through the Account section.
Here’s how it works:
- In the Account section, click on the Gear Icon in the E-mail Settings box.
- A box will appear that allows you to enter e-mail addresses for who should receive the Course Evaluation E-mail and the Ask a Question Feature E-mail. Simply input the e-mail addresses (separating them with a comma). You can also Enable or Disable the Monthly Alerts.
- After determining who will receive the e-mails, click Continue.
Note: Administrators can edit their name, phone number and e-mail address in the Department Contact Info box.
