Forums provide clients with a discussion board where administrators and users can use a secure online location to foster discussion, solicit feedback, and give users the ability to trade ideas with one another.
Both administrators and users can post new topics, by selecting the button. They can also comment on topics created by other individuals in their organization.
To reply to a comment posted in a topic, click the underneath the posting. Also please note administrators have the ability to edit and delete comments that have been posted by users.
