Once an administrator has created an activity, they can make it always available to users. Self assigning allows administrators to easily track activities that occur frequently without having to constantly reassign upon completion.
Here’s how it works:
- In Activities Builder, click next to the title of the activity to open a dialogue box.
- Check the Allow self assign box.
- Then click
Users can then complete the activity as often as necessary at their own discretion from the Self Assign application link on their Home page. Administrators can utilize the Allow self assign optionfor TargetSolutions courses with the Course Library tool.
