Categories are used to group and segment your various activities. The Activities Builder comes installed with previously created and standardized categories created by TargetSolutions. However, these categories can easily be added, removed or modified as needed.
Here’s how it works:
- In the Activities Builder, locate the Categories section on the right side and click on the button that says Add New. This will take you to a screen that allows you to name your new category.
- After naming your category, click Submit.
Administrators can also change the names of previously created categories by clicking on the category they wish to change and selecting the gear icon.
