Creating Categories for Activities

Categories are used to group and segment your various activities. The Activities Builder comes installed with previously created and standardized categories created by TargetSolutions. However, these categories can easily be added, removed or modified as needed.

Here’s how it works:

  1. In Activities Builder, click on the button that says  This will take you to a screen that allows you to name your new category.
  2. After naming your category, click 

Administrators can also change the names of previously created categories by clicking on the category they wish to change and selecting the .
