Administrators can view the Credential History for each user from within Manage Credentials. Credential history contains information on every change made to a user's credential, including previous dates and attachments, as well as who modified the information.
Here's how it works:
- In Manage Credentials, click the Down Arrow next to the Credentials category containing your credential.
- Select the desired credential.
- After opening the credential, click the Gear Icon in the Users box.
- Under the Actions column, click on the Credential History icon highlighted below next to the appropriate user to view the information.
