Instead of just tracking TargetSolutions Course completions, you can set up forms where you can track your users' outside training.
- Under Administration, Select Activities Builder. Then click Create a New Activity.
- Enter the applicable information for your activity. Under Options, check 'Self Assign' if you want your users to have the access to this form, and check 'Allow recording as complete' if you would like to fill out this training on your users’ behalf. Then, click Save.
Use the Reportable Components and Free Form Components on the right to build your activity. There are many different formats you could use, it really depends on what information you need recorded.
- Once your activity is ready, you and your Supervisors can use the Record Completions application to record this information for all users that attended the training session.
