Credential History

Administrators can view the Credential History for each user from within Manage Credentials. Credential history contains information on every change made to a user's credential, including pervious dates and attachments, as well as who modified the information.

Here's how it works:

  1. In  Manage Credentials, click the Down Arrow next to the Credentials category containing your credential.
  2. Select the credential you need.
  3. After opening the credential, click the in the Users box.
  4. Select the  Credential History icon next to the appropriate user to view the information.
